Acclaimed Chef Cooking Classes
Our Acclaimed Chef Cooking Class series is designed for our Inn's Guests to enjoy a unique experience of cooking with an Acclaimed Chef, and tasting delicious food. Have fun as a couple or as an individual in this exciting culinary opportunity!
Our first "Acclaimed Chef Cooking Class" series in 2010-2011 was a tremendous success as measured by the positive and supportive responses from attendees. Our 2012 cooking class schedule offered an expanded opportunity as we presented a flexible schedule. Our 2013 Schedule is being planned at this time.
We are excited about this unique cooking series at Annville Inn. Our Acclaimed Chef Cooking Classes feature carefully selected guest chefs that will spend two days at the Inn with our guests. The class will start with a wine and cheese reception on the first night that will provide time for the chef and our guests to get acquainted.
The following morning enjoy a gourmet breakfast followed by time on your own until the class begins. At the appointed time, you will gather in the Inn's kitchen to work alongside your chef in a "hands on" cooking class. After a short break to relax and refresh for dinner, you will be treated with the fruits of your efforts, accompanied by your chef, at a succulent formal dinner served by Inn staff.

PICK YOUR OWN DATE FOR A FLEX SCHEDULE:Bring your own group for a special class: This is a great opportunity for you to bring together your very own group to enjoy this unique culinary experience of cooking, learning and dining on an incredible cuisine. We have arranged with several of our guest chefs to be available for a special class date when requested by guests that bring to the class six attendees. Have a wonderful time with those that you are close to with this experience.

Chef Bob Valenti launched our Acclaimed Chef Cooking Class back in 2010. Chef Bob believes cooking is a joy and is meant to be fun. He feels that
every time you make a mistake you "get closer to perfection." In cooking,
mistakes happen but many times the mistake ends up being a success. Chef
Bob has a rich history in the world of cooking and in Italian cuisine,
including cooking for presidents.
Chef Chris Darmstaetter. Be ready to learn a lot about creating cuisine at home as good as you would enjoy at a fine restaurant. Don't miss this unique opportunity to share in the pleasure of cooking and tasting with this talented chef. This class will really sizzle and you will learn a great deal from Chef Chris as he shares his talents with his class. While spending eight years in Chicago, Chef Chris worked at many restaurants holding national acclaim. Although Chris' favorite years in Chicago were always working the high pace of the independent restaurants, his attention to detail drove him even further to receive exceptional recognition at The Rosebud Steakhouse.
Chef Lisa Linton has been seen by millions demonstrating her cooking talents on NBC's Today Show with Matt Lauer, and also works as a culinary arts instructor and a restaurateur. She will bring her unique talents to the Inn. We are very pleased to introduce Chef Lisa's finance, Chef John Bozich as he will be joining our cooking class schedule this year along with Chef Lisa. Chef John is a culinary school graduate with extensive experience as chef in high-end area restaurants. This will be a class not to miss. Chef Lisa and Chef John have a lot in store for you during this fun cooking experience. Lisa's last class at our Inn was full of creativity and neat kitchen tricks, such as creating chocolate bowls and then filling them to present a classy dessert. Just wait for what's on the menu this time!
Chef Gina DeNoia and Chef Sam DeNoia will share their talents of creating incredible culinary delights with our guests. We call them the "Chefs DeNoia". They are a dynamic husband and wife team who met and fell in love through French cooking. Both Chef Gina and Chef Sam were trained at the French Culinary Institute (FCI) in lower Manhattan in 1990 (where they also met and fell in love). They are both generous in heart as they give back by preparing food for those in need. You don't want to miss this incredible opportunity to learn from two chefs that shared space with Julia Child at FCI.
Michelle Wolhfarth, one of our gifted local and talented food educators, will present a fabulous time to learn healthy cooking. Chef Michelle will bring to you excellent ways to enjoy delicious and tasty
food while keeping it healthy. Her class plan is fun, and it will be incredibly tasty and educational. Plan on a shopping trip with Chef Michelle to the local Farmers Market
where you'll gather great ideas on selecting the right food items. In 2009,
Chef Michelle was educated by the Master Chef Series under Chef Peter Berley
at The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. She has also developed Consulting for Healthy Living, a wellness program for companies and their
Chef Israel Torres, our guest chef from Mexico, will give you the opportunity to learn authentic Mexican cuisine. Chef Israel has fond memories of working closely with his grandmother as
a young man making fabulous Mexican food from scratch. Everyone loves a
taste of Mexico, so plan now to be a part of this flavor fest from
"South of the Border"! You won't believe how good it can taste from your
own kitchen when you learn from Chef Israel.
