In keeping with requirements for five star properties, all furniture is genuine hard woods, marble, and other top grade materials. 64" HD Theatre Room

We have a state of the art movie theatre with tiered level seating, providing our guests with hours of enjoyment, snuggled together on our comfortable sofas - watching a movie on the high definition screen with a professional surround sound system. Fabulous!

40K Gallon Swimming Pool

Our beautiful 40,000 gallon in ground swimming pool is always kept at the optimum sparkling water conditions, and is one of our guests' favorite spots in warm weather. The pool is located at the edge of the Formal Rose Garden, overlooks the bonfire area and has a commanding view of the Blue Mountains. Near the pool is the Koi Pond.

Private Outdoor 8-Person Hot Tub

Ahh, the Hot Tub. Any time of the year it is relaxing. Our hot tub is kept at the optimum temperature and at the highest levels of safety and sanitation. This is the place to relax and unwind as you enjoy the scenic vista of the Blue Mountains. Maybe you'll spy a flock of migrating Snow Geese or other wildlife! If there is a raging snow storm, you gotta be in the Hot Tub...or so they say. We've been too "chicken." (grin).

Spacious Game Room With Pool Table

As you enter the oak-paneled Mission-Styled Game Room, you will see an area dedicated to the art of conversation-Arts & Crafts era rockers gathered around a large circular leather settee. To one side, you will find our photography museum. Imagine sinking into a soft easy chair and enjoying one of the volumes from the Game Room Library, or challenging your partner to Chess, Backgammon, computer games, or any of our extensive collection of board games! If you like, check Face Book using the Wireless Internet computer, or better yet, strike up a serious game of billiards!

New in 2011! We have now completed our Sunken Garden off the Game Room. Craig first started growing roses for Rosalie back in 1989, and has since become a rosarian, tending for over 500 roses in Annville Inn's Formal Rose Garden, and other rose beds in the property's three acres of gardens.

We grow hybrid teas, grandifloras, floribundas, and an expanding selection of OGR's (Old Garden Roses) such as the romanticas, hybrid prepetuals, moss, and many other classifications.

Our three acres includes 24 separate gardens ranging from small private spots to expansive gardens, 12 fountains, garden benches for resting and reflecting, and interesting statuary. Craig, a horticulturist, is the former Director of Hershey Gardens, and a rose evaluator for the American Rose Society, has created a small public garden right here on our property. Enjoy!

Outdoor Bonfires

Bonfires are so much fun. So relaxing. So casual. You gaze into the fire under a canopy of twinkling stars; conversation softly moves from person to person, the hectic pace of life takes a backseat to the lull created by the crackling fire. Bonfires are especially popular with our guests in the spring and fall. Early summer also harkens Pennsylvania's famous fireflies, which light up the surrounding fields and farms with a staccato of light flashes. We like to say you have "twinkling above in the stars and twinkling below in the fields."

Heated Jacuzzis in some Rooms

The English Manor Suite and Great Southwest Room both include Two-Person Private Jacuzzis. These are new state of the art Jacuzzis with heat exchangers, the latest Jacuzzi technology that ensures that your Jacuzzi stays a constant temperature at all times.

Outdoor Pergola & Hammock

Completed summer of 2009, our Pergola focuses on the northwestern view of the rolling Pennsylvania hills set against the backdrop of the Blue Mountains. This is terrific place to lay back in the hammock for two. As you sway to and fro, let your body sync to the rhythms of the waving corn fields, join in the pulsation of nature, hear the echoing cry of hawks climbing the thermals off the mountains. Here you will find an ideal place to watch birds, sunsets and the majestic night sky.

A Large Plant Conservatory

The Garden Room, aka "The Conservatory" includes exotic plants, beautiful orchids, and a wood burning fireplace. In the wintertime, these rocking chairs are always occupied by guests rocking and relaxing. Behind the chairs you will find a jig-saw puzzle table where there is always a puzzle going.

This is what we are all about...

But in our conservatory the world was quiet, the warm air still; the oak in the fireplace crackled, life slowed down, and our guest drifted off from his book in a completely different world from his medical professional role in busy, bustling New Jersey.

A favorite of our guests is Rosalie's home-baked treats, available 24 hours a day, at no extra cost. Here a tray of fresh baked prizelles, made from our old family recipe and anise we grow in our garden, cools before being placed on the coffee bar--unless Craig snatches 'em first! :-)
